Introducing Nelly Renaud

With extensive experience in the hospitality industry, Nelly serves as a Chef and assists the Front of House team at Banksia Seafood and Grill. In the kitchen, Nelly supports Saul and team with the amazing culinary delights.

Nelly's commitment to excellence, coupled with her strong leadership abilities and passion for customer service, makes her a valuable member of the team. In her spare time, she explores new culinary trends and seeks innovative methods to enhance the restaurant's ambiance and service.
